    The flavor of this Anisette Continental is simply too intense (sweet). The Vanilla is a nice mild sweetness so I was surprised this one was so sweet. It’s like trying to drink a cup of coffee with six spoons of sugar in it.

    ive been c omparing the licorice with the continental anisette…………………the licorice burns my tongue after smoking………….the continental does not………..next time i will order the continentals…………………….carl johnson,barnegat,nj………………..

    Been smoking the Annisette style since 1976. Smoked them in the military and stayed with them in my police career. Still enjoy the aroma and most people including women are not offended by the smoke. Its a win win for everybody. They are just the ticket with a cup of expresso. A cannoli does’nt hurt either , just sayin .
